The Research Center for Energy Networks and Energy Storage (FENES) is part of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at OTH Regensburg. The research groups are headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Oliver Brückl, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Haslbeck and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Sterner. About 25 scientists are involved in energy technology and energy management issues in the field of energy storage and energy system analysis as well as power supply networks at all voltage levels.
